A network device includes an input means configured to receive an input of data including a setting value required for use of the network device in an environment in which the network device is arranged, an activation means configured to activate a mode for participating in a mesh network identified by identification information specified previously, by using a wireless communication function, and a distribution means configured to distribute the input data to a network device other than the own network device via the mesh network.
