Abstract:
To provide a business form browsing device which creates electronic form data by using data created for form printing without storing a large amount of electronic form data and enables browsing it, and efficiently performs system operation, maintenance, and management, and the like.SOLUTION: A business form browsing device 1 includes: a form data storage section 3 for storing form data for printing; a supplying setting data storage section 5 for storing supplying setting data which is set for each form and is used for creating form printing data by supplying the form data for printing; a user browsing form data retrieval section 6 for retrieving user browsing form data for browsing by a user from the stored form data; a form data creating section 7 for browsing which extracts the supplying setting data corresponding to the user browsing form data from the stored supplying setting data on the basis of the retrieved user browsing form data to create the form data for browsing by browsing the user; and a terminal device 10 for outputting the created form data for browsing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
