Abstract:
To provide an electrode contributing to improvement of battery characteristics such as charge/discharge speed of secondary cells, and to provide a cell excellent in battery characteristics such as charge/discharge speed.SOLUTION: In an electrode containing conductive resin particles, the conductive resin particles are resin particles containing a conductive composite, the conductive composite contains π-conjugated electroconductive polymer and polyanion, and at least one kind of amine compound, selected from a group consisting of primary amine, secondary amine and tertiary amine, is added to a partial anion group of the polyanion.
