Abstract:
To provide a method for detecting or separating a target particle specifically with high sensitivity and a biosensor used therefor.SOLUTION: Provided is a biosensor for detecting a target particle in a sample. The biosensor includes a sensor array provided with a plurality of sensor elements. The plurality of sensor elements include at least two electrodes 9, 10 buried in a first insulation layer 7 by being spaced apart from each other, a channel 12a connected to both electrodes, a second insulation layer 13 provided in the first insulation layer and on the channel and having an opening 15 for causing a channel corresponding to an interval to be exposed, and a second electrode 3 provided upward of the opening.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
