Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CLT which can form a CLT (large CLT), which has a large area, at a low price.SOLUTION: A CLT having an irregularity on a side face of a CLT in which plies and/or laminae constituting the ply in an orthogonal cross laminated timber (CLT) material are so located as to be deviated from one another. A large CLT can be formed by combining CLT of such a type as to be fitted to the irregularity formed on the side face of the CLT. Since the lamina or ply of one CLT is a part of the other CLT, a CLT having a large combination and a large area (large CLT) can be formed. In the past, in order to form a large CLT, a large-sized CLT device has been required since a lamina and a ply having a large size has been used. However, when using a CLT having an irregularity on a side face, a large CLT can be formed by use of only a small-sized CLT device. That is, all of a material cost, a device cost, production man-hour, a labor cost and so on can be significantly reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
