Abstract:
To provide a dialyzer capable of complementing erasing ability of reactive oxygen species (especially free radicals) or reducing ability to oxidation type biological molecules supplied to an oxidation reaction.SOLUTION: A dialyzer includes at least a blood purifier D, an extracorporeal circulation blood circuit 300 connected to the blood purifier, for circulating blood, a fluid replacement supply circuit 400 connected to the extracorporeal circulation blood circuit, and a dialysate circuit 200 for supplying dialysate to the blood purifier. The fluid replacement supply circuit supplies at least either of an acceptor medicine capable of capturing free radicals generated in the body and a donor medicine capable of preventing an oxidation reaction progressing in the body to the extracorporeal circulation blood circuit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
