Abstract:
To provide a pneumatic tire capable of improving fuel economy and wet grip performance in a well-balanced manner.SOLUTION: The pneumatic tire uses, as a tread, a rubber composition containing a rubber component, silica, a glycerol fatty acid ester, and a hydrogenated terpene-based resin. The total content of an isoprene-based rubber, a butadiene rubber, and a styrene-butadiene rubber is 80 mass% or more in 100 mass% of the rubber component. The content of the silica is 50 pts.mass or more based on 100 pts.mass of the rubber component. The content of the glycerol fatty acid ester is 1-20 pts.mass and the content of the hydrogenated terpene-based resin is 3 pts.mass or more based on 100 pts.mass of the silica.SELECTED DRAWING: None
