Abstract:

To provide a harvesting method of two-rowed barley fresh leaves for green juice, the method that is superior in productivity.SOLUTION: A harvesting method of two-rowed barley fresh leaves for green juice is characterized in that two-rowed barley young leaves of 2-leaves or more and 4-leaves or less in the number of leaves from the top including fresh leaves A1 of the top and only stem portions with the fresh leaves sticking thereto are reaped. The dried product of the two-rowed barley fresh leaves for green juice uses only a specific part of the two-rowed barley as a raw material, and therefore the roots of the two-rowed barley after harvesting only the specific parts have the growth point of the parent wheat and also the growth point and sprout of the child wheat distributed. Accordingly, the regrowth is good and the harvesting of the specific parts can be conducted 3-times or more before heading. Namely, the dried product of the two-rowed barley fresh leaves for green juice is superior in productivity at the point of using the raw material superior in cultivation efficiency.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
