Abstract:
Provided are: a vinylidene chloride-based resin film which exhibits excellent extrudability and has a broad sealing window in automatic packaging machines; and a vinylidene chloride-based resin composition that provides same. This vinylidene chloride-based resin film contains a vinylidene chloride-vinyl chloride copolymer, wherein in an acetone extract of the film, the molar proportion of diad segments in which two constituent units derived from vinylidene chloride are linked in the copolymer is 26.4-58.1 mol.% relative to the overall quantity of constituent units. In the acetone extract, it is preferable for the molar proportion of diad segments in which two constituent units derived from vinyl chloride are linked in the copolymer to be 6.9-26.5 mol.% relative to the overall quantity of constituent units.
