Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal-roll-type and vertical-type liquid filling and packaging machine in which cleaning and maintenance of a squeezing device can be done sufficiently without danger.SOLUTION: A pair of squeezing plates 730, 740 includes tip parts corresponding to the bag width of a packaging bag and the tip parts are arranged to oppose as V-shaped directly in front of the sealing position of a lateral seal roll. Squeezing plate drive parts 731, 741 move each of the pair of squeezing plates so that the tip parts of the pair of squeezing plates press to each other in a case of implementing squeezing operation by the pair of squeezing plates. A squeezing control part controls drive of the squeezing plate drive parts based on operation from an operation part. A machine base 15 loads the pair of squeezing plates and the squeezing plate drive parts. A lateral pair of slide support parts 1620 supports the machine base at the middle position of a vertical seal roll and the lateral seal roll of a packaging machine with both lateral ends, and makes the machine base drawable through sliding from the installation position to the outside of the packaging machine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 27
