Abstract:
To provide a plant information management device that can collect and store product data related to a material ID and time-series control data, and can efficiently search for data.SOLUTION: A plant information management device according to one embodiment includes: data collection means, which collects product data managed by a process calculator, the product data including a material ID and a time clock related to the material ID when the product with the material ID passes through a first process and also which collects plural pieces of control data of the product managed by a process controller and related in time series; data storage means, which stores the plural pieces of data and the product data; and data search means, which selects one piece of control data from the plural control data and detects the first time being included in the time series related to the piece of control data, thereby linking the material ID with the piece of control data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
