Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-slip sheet having sufficient antislip performance not only under dry environment, but also wetting environment, good in contact feeling by hands and foots or a body, and capable of stabilizing a construction state in a bath or at a floor surface and an inclined surface.SOLUTION: There are provided a manufacturing method of a non-slip sheet formed by a soft resin in which a fine hollow sphere(s) is dispersed, a surface of the non-slip sheet has micropores (A) in which an outer shell of the fine hollow sphere(s) is broken and roughness (B) of the soft resin itself which is not derived from the fine hollow sphere(s), and the fine pores (A) exit in a surface of a recess of the roughness (B) of the soft resin itself, and a manufacturing method of the non-slip sheet including slicing the soft resin in which the fine hollow sphere(s) is dispersed, then polishing treating a sliced surface of the soft resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
