Abstract:
To provide a lawn state measurement device capable of, easily and in a short period of time, measuring a grass grain state and lawn surface state in a specific range.SOLUTION: When a detector is rotated by an electric motor 32, a resistance value received by the detector from the lawn is detected as a current value flowing in the electric motor 32, and the result is output by current detecting means 37 as a signal. A position of a body of a main measuring instrument is detected and the result is output by a position detection device 54 as a signal. Self-travelling control means 28 controls travelling means 22 so that a body 21 self-travels in the specific range, captures a detection signal of the current detecting means 37 and a detection signal of the position detection device 54 respectively, and allows grass grain measurement means 58 to measure a direction and level of an inclination of the grass in the whole of the specific range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
