Abstract:
An advertising method and an advertising device are provided so as to perform an effective advertisement to desirable targets while the targets enjoy visiting repeatedly a website. An advertising device 1 and an advertising method include: information collection means 2 that collects, during an event, position information over time on a player who participates in the event; display means 3 that reproduces and displays the event on the website by combining information (including the collected position information) on the player with a virtual reality (or real space) using an avatar of the player; information display means 4 that displays information on a selected player at the time of the event when a visitor of the website selects a preferred player; and advertising means 5 that provides the visitor of the website with advertisements set in advance in the display means 3 and the information display means 4.
