Abstract:
The utility model provides a plate spring used for a railway vehicle bogie and the bogie used for a railway vehicle. The plate spring has excellent strength relative to loads in the vertical directionas basic performance and has high strength relative to torsional loads. In the plate spring used for the railway vehicle bogie, a core layer is arranged between an upper layer and a lower layer whichare made of FRP, and performance reduction and service life shortening of the plate spring caused by cracks generated on the core layer can be prevented. The plate spring is provided with at least one long FRP structure, and the FRP structure is provided with: a plurality of main UD pieces in which continuous fibers are aligned with the longitudinal direction of the plate spring as a single alignment direction; and at least one sub UD sheet in which the continuous fibers are aligned in a single alignment direction in a direction in which the continuous fibers are inclined at an angle within the range of 5-10 DEG with respect to the longitudinal direction toward the width direction of the leaf spring. A predetermined number of main UD pieces are stacked in the vertical direction to form amain UD piece stacked body, and sub UD pieces are stacked on the main UD piece stacked body in the plate thickness direction of the plate spring.
