Abstract:
To track a specific subject continuously, regardless of whatever environment the subject is in.SOLUTION: A signal processing circuit (26) acquires multiple continuous frame images including a specific subject from an imaging part (11). When calculating a color evaluation value based on color component feature amount of the specific subject, and a shape evaluation value based on the shape feature amount for each continuous frame image, a CPU (32) focuses on any one of the color evaluation value or the shape evaluation value, and executes tracking control of the imaging part (11) so as to track the subject. The CPU (32) changes over between the color evaluation value and the shape evaluation value to focus on for tracking of the subject by the imaging part (11), on the basis of the color component feature amount and the shape feature amount changing in accordance with change in the environment conditions of the specific subject.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
