Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thread tension adjusting device capable of controlling the tension of a needle thread of each embroidery needle with a simpler structure.SOLUTION: A thread tension adjusting device includes: a thread tension comprising a movable body, a fixed body and a thread tension shaft; a casing in which a plurality of pieces of thread tensions are arrayed on the front surface; a movable plate guided so as to move in parallel with respect to the front surface of the casing; and an actuator for moving the movable plate with respect to the casing. The tension thread shaft penetrates the movable body, the fixed body, the front surface of the casing, and the movable plate in this order from a front end part of the thread tension shaft. At a front end part of the thread tension shaft, the movable body is locked, and an elastic body is provided between a rear end part of the thread tension shaft and the movable plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
