Abstract:
To achieve a high speed access to an encrypted key while ensuring security.SOLUTION: An electronic control device 100 according to the present invention including: a secure area non-volatile memory 102 in which both a key encrypted using a first key and a key encrypted with a second key can be written; and a secure area volatile memory 105 in which the key encrypted with the first key cannot be written and the key encrypted with the second key can be written, comprises: a transmitting section 106 that transmits an identification code for identifying the electronic control device to a key distribution source device; a reception section 107 that receives, from the key distribution source device, a target key encrypted with the second key having a corresponding relation with the identification code; and the secure area volatile memory 105 in which the target key decrypted with the second key is written.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
