Abstract:
To provide a storage type hot water supply device capable of efficiently executing an operation for recovering heat of bath water in a bathtub to a hot water storage tank while saving energy.SOLUTION: A storage type hot water supply device includes a heat exchanger for exchanging heat between bath water from a bathtub and tank water from a hot water storage tank, a tank water pump for circulating the tank water to the heat exchanger, a bath water pump for circulating the bath water to the heat exchanger, and control means capable of controlling an operation of the tank water pump, an operation of the bath water pump, and opening/closing of an automatic drain plug disposed on a bottom portion of the bathtub. The control means can control a recovery operation for recovering heat of bath water in the bathtub into the hot water storage tank by operating the tank water pump and the bath water pump, and a partial draining operation for discharging a part of bathwater in the bathtub by opening the automatic drain plug in a state of stopping the tank water pump and the bath water pump. At least recovery operations of two times of a first recovery operation and a second recovery operation can be performed, and the first recovery operation, the partial draining operation, and the second recovery operation are executed in this order.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
