Abstract:
To provide an elevator system that improves carrying capacity by achieving elevator riding capacity and smooth riding and shortens a waiting time of a user.SOLUTION: An elevator system comprises: an elevator control device 100; a robot control device 200 that controls a movable guide robot 210; and an integrated management device 300 that integrally manages them. The elevator control device 100 comprises a car passenger detection unit 104 that detects a space for more passengers to ride on the car. The robot control device 200 comprises a robot control unit 201 that controls the movable guide robot 210 in response to a command from the integrated management device 300. The movable guide robot 210 comprises a guide information output unit 213 that outputs guide information. In a case where the car passenger detection unit 104 detects a space for more passengers to ride on the car, the car is moved to the position of a user of the elevator and a riding guide is provided by the guide information output unit 213.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
