Abstract:
To estimate information on the temperature of a subject with high accuracy.SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus 10 comprises an image acquisition unit 17 and a controller 20. The image acquisition unit 17 acquires a far-infrared image. The controller 20 estimates information on the temperature of a subject included in an image in the far-infrared image, on the basis of a subject distance from an imaging position of the far-infrared image to the subject, a predetermined reference distance, information on the temperature of a reference object 15 fixed at a position separated by the reference distance from the imaging position and having a predetermined emissivity, a signal level in the image of the subject in the far-infrared image, and a signal level in an area predetermined as an imaging area of the reference object in the far-infrared image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
