Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method or the like of manufacturing a wire with a terminal, capable of inhibiting water from being immersed into a crimp part.SOLUTION: First, a coating part 15 of a predetermined length at the tip of a coated conductor 11 is removed to expose a conductor 13. Next, the coated conductor 11 is arranged in a crimp part 5. On this occasion, an exposed part of the conductor 13 is located in a conductor crimp part 7 and the coating part 15 is located in a coated crimp part 9. Next, the conductor crimp part 7 and the conductor 13 are permanently crimped. Next, a resin member 17 is coated on the coating part 15 in the coated crimp part 9 and the conductor crimp part 7. Next, the coated crimp part 9 and the coating part 15 coated by the resin member 17 are permanently crimped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
