PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus capable of more accurately cutting a specified region, at the time of cutting the specified region.SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus 10 comprises: a user instruction reception part 12 for acquiring position information representing a representative position of a specified region in an image; and a region detector 13 for detecting the specified region from the position information.
