Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a barrier film that has excellent waterproof adhesion and also has excellent water vapor barrier properties even after storage under a high-temperature and high-humidity condition.SOLUTION: A barrier film has a resin substrate, an intermediate layer, and a barrier layer in the stated order. The intermediate layer is a vapor deposition film containing silicon, oxygen, and carbon. Relative to 100% of the total of the 3 elements of silicon, oxygen and carbon in the vapor deposition film, the ratio of carbon, C, is 5% or more and 30% or less. The barrier layer contains a product from the reaction between a metal oxide and a phosphorus compound.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
