Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method that prevents a sprout from withering with addition of vitamin B1, where, the sprout produced herein has an increased vitamin B1 content as compared with the sprout produced with purified water.SOLUTION: A sprout production method has a cultivation step for producing a sprout from a germinated seed, where, the cultivation step is conducted in the presence of mixed liquid containing deep ocean water and vitamin B1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
