Abstract:
A heating body and a vacuum sintering furnace for implementing multi-zone temperature control, the vacuum sintering furnace comprising a sealed box (4), a heating apparatus (5), and a heat insulation barrel (6); the heating assembly (5) comprises a plurality of heating body sets distributed uniformly on the outside of the sealed box (4), each heating body set comprising two heating bodies having the same structure and surrounding the side face of the sealed box (4); the heating body comprises a first heating structure (1) and a second heating structure (2); the head ends of the first heating structure (1) and the second heating structure (2) are connected to an output end of a single phase transformer, the tail ends of the first heating structure (1) and the second heating structure (2) being connected by means of a long connecting piece (3); and the single phase transformer, the first heating structure (1), and the second heating structure (2) form a current circuit. Using the present heating body and vacuum sintering furnace, each heating body pair heats a corresponding zone to implement automatic adjustment of the heating temperature of the heating body, and the heating assembly made of a plurality of heating bodies is used to heat multiple zones of the vacuum sintering furnace to implement control of the temperature uniformity in the vacuum sintering furnace.
