Abstract:
To provide an accumulation system for accumulating products in different sizes in various accumulation statuses and simply changing products/accumulation statuses.CONSTITUTION: An accumulation system consists of a first carrying unit 11 for carrying a product 1 one by one in order from an upstream process, a stacking unit 12 for vertically stacking the products 1 in predetermined number, a second carrying unit 13 for carrying a group of products 5 made up with stacked plural products, a third carrying unit 14 for sending the group of products 5 at a predetermined timing, while aligning them, to a pillow packaging machine in the later stage, and a roundabout routes 17, 15, 18 for bypassing the second carrying unit. The second carrying unit has a turn-around device 16 for turning around the attitude of the group of products during transfer on a horizontal plane. A long side t3 of smaller product 1 and a short side t2 of bigger product 1 are equalized in a same length, and, at the first carrying unit and the stacking unit, efforts required for width adjustment is reduced by arranging the same length direction as the width in the carrying direction, crossing the carrying direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
