To provide a glass plate with a colored layer having high designability and excellent glass strength.SOLUTION: A glass plate with a colored layer has a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The first surface has irregularity, while the second surface has a colored layer of two or more colors. The first layer has a glossiness of 0.1-70.
