Abstract:
To provide an air actuator device capable of positioning with relatively high accuracy.SOLUTION: An air actuator device 100 includes a cylinder 20, a piston 22 configured so as to move in the cylinder 20 due to supply/discharge of operative gas, a rod 24, one end of which is connected to the piston 22 and the other end of which projects outside the cylinder 20, and a position detection device 16 for detecting a relative position of the rod 24 with respect to the cylinder 20. The position detection device 16 detects information related to the relative position by a detection part 58 detecting a portion to be detected 56 located in the cylinder 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
