Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a primer layer-forming composition that can form a primer layer having excellent adhesion on an adherend, and has excellent coating suitability such as coating liquid stability and film formability.SOLUTION: A primer layer-forming composition contains a polyfunctional compound that has a structure in which: a resin skeleton has at least one first reactive functional group selected from the group consisting of a hydroxy group, a carboxyl group, an amino group and an epoxy group in a main chain or a side chain; and the side chain of the resin skeleton has a second reactive functional group bound thereto, where the second reactive functional group is different from the first reactive functional group and is not an isocyanate group.SELECTED DRAWING: None
