Abstract:
To restrain misalignment of contact position of a pressurization member and a transmission member, and misalignment of relative position of the transmission member and a vibrator, in an actuator.SOLUTION: An actuator 100 has a vibrator 103 in which vibration is excited by voltage application, a holding member 105 for holding the vibrator, a friction member 113 coming into contact with the vibrator, a pressurization member 111 generating pressure in a first direction, and a transmission member 109 for transmitting pressure to the vibrator. In the actuator, relative position of the vibrator and a friction member changes in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, due to vibration. One of the holding member and the transmission member is provided with a protrusion 109a, the other is provided with a displacement limit section facing the protrusion in the second direction, and the protrusion and the displacement limit section limit relative displacement of the holding member and the transmission member in the second direction by mutual contact, and allows relative rotation in a plane parallel with the first and second directions of the holding member and the transmission member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
