Abstract:
To provide a method for producing cerebroside and a cerebroside refining kit which are simple and quick, and high refining efficiency.SOLUTION: A method for producing cerebroside includes the following processes: (a) a process of extracting crude cerebroside from a raw material containing cerebroside; (b) a process of distributing cerebroside in the crude cerebroside to an upper layer by two-layer distribution; (c) a process of performing alkali hydrolysis treatment to a fraction containing the cerebroside; and (d) a process of adjusting pH of solution after the alkali hydrolysis treatment to 4 to 7, adding water, and recovering a fraction containing cerebroside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15
