Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a vibrating plate (12) onto which workpieces that are carried in are deposited; a support device (14) that supports a peripheral edge of the vibrating plate; and a vibration device (13) that makes the vibrating plate vibrate and thereby makes the workpieces that have been carried in onto the vibrating plate disperse and/or invert. The support device supports the peripheral edge of the vibrating plate such that the peripheral edge of the vibrating plate is not fixed and can move up and down freely. The vibration device periodically pushes the vibrating plate upward from below, thereby making the entire vibrating plate periodically move up and down and making the workpieces on the vibrating plate disperse and/or invert.
