Abstract:
To actualize the lubricity improvement of a bearing part of a supercharging rotor and a seal material using oil mist and the entry prevention of dust and condensed water into the bearing part.SOLUTION: A blow-by gas device 70 for an engine with supercharger includes a supercharger 34 having supercharging rotors 341, 342 arranged via respective bearing parts 83, 84 of an operation chamber 343 of a supercharger body 34b, a bypass passage 40 branching from an intake passage at its portion downstream of a throttle valve and connected to an intake collection part while bypassing the supercharger, and a blow-by gas passage 71 for introducing blow-by gas exhausted from a crankcase of the engine via a PCV valve 72 into the intake passage at its portion downstream of the throttle valve, the supercharger body having space parts 34f, 34h provided near the respective bearing parts, and the blow-by gas passage 71 being provided with a first communication path 73 and a second communication path 74 branching from its portion downstream of the PCV valve 72 and connected to the respective space parts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
