Abstract:
To provide a method of manufacturing a lamination molding object that can obtaining high-quality lamination mold object by restraining occurrence of an unwelded part in a boundary part between adjacent welding beads.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a lamination mold object W arranges deposition beads B produced by melting and coagulating a filler material M side by side to form a deposition bead layer 53, and repeatedly laminates and molds the deposition bead layer 53 as the next layer on the formed deposition bead layer 53. The method includes a groove part molding step of molding a groove part 57 by forming the deposition beads B on opposite sides across a boundary part 55 of the adjacent deposition parts B in the deposition bead layer 53 as the preceding layer when molding the deposition bead layer 53 as the next layer, and a high melting deposition bead forming step of forming a high melting deposition bead BH having a deep melting-in depth in the groove part 57.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4D
