Abstract:
An antifogging agent composition comprises: polyisocyanate (A), polyol (B), a surfactant, and a solvent. (A) is at least one kind of polyisocyanate compound selected from a group consisting of diisocyanate and a derivative thereof, and (B) includes polyether polyol (b1) and polycaprolactone polyol (b2), wherein (b1) has 300-1,800 of a molecular weight at the refractive-index intensity maximum point in a chromatogram obtained by gel permeation chromatography. When S1 denotes a peak area from an elution starting point to an elution time point corresponding to the refractive-index intensity maximum point and S2 denotes a peak area from the elution time point corresponding to the refractive-index intensity maximum point to an elution completion point, S2/S1 is 1.5 or more and 2.0 or less, and the mass ratio of (b1) to (b2) is 5 or more and 15 or less. The antifogging agent composition can form an antifogging film excellent in transparency and touch feeling.
