Abstract:
To provide a ventilation device capable of setting supply air quantity and exhaust air quantity when the ventilation device is installed in a house and a ventilation system.SOLUTION: A ventilation device includes: a supply air flow passage (P1) having an SA fan (F1) supplying outdoor air to an indoor side and a supply air speed sensor (12) detecting supply air quantity of the SA fan; and an exhaust air flow passage (P2) having an EA fan (F2) discharging indoor air to an outdoor side and an exhaust air speed sensor (13) detecting exhaust air quantity of the EA fan. The ventilation device further includes: a total heat exchanger 11 exchanging heat between air flowing in the supply air flow passage and air flowing in the exhaust air flow passage; and a control device 21. The control device 21 includes an operation part (43) and a non-volatile memory 32a storing set supply air quantity of the supply air flow passage and set exhaust air quantity of the exhaust air flow passage based on input from the operation part (43), controls the SA fan so that the supply air quantity becomes the set supply air quantity and controls the EA fan so that the exhaust air quantity becomes the set exhaust air quantity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
