Abstract:
To accurately inspect a sewing needle.SOLUTION: A sewing needle inspection device comprises: a first imaging device for imaging a sewing needle held by a needle bar of a sewing machine; a second imaging device for imaging the sewing needle; and a processing device for outputting sewing needle inspection data on the basis of a first image taken by the first imaging device and a second image taken by the second imaging device. The first imaging device and the second imaging device are arranged such that a first optical axis indicating an optical axis of the first imaging device and a second optical axis indicating an optical axis of the second imaging device are orthogonal to each other at the sewing needle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
