Abstract:
To provide a method for comprehensively and simply evaluating the foam quality of foam generated from a beverage poured into any drinking container, regardless of the container shape.SOLUTION: A method for evaluating the foam quality of foam generated from a beverage poured into an arbitrary drinking container includes the following steps (1) to (2). Step (1) is to measure the polytropic index n of the foam generated in a drinking container. Step (2) is to evaluate the foam quality of the foam based on the value of the polytropic index n measured in Step (1).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
