Abstract:
To provide a powder discharge device for allowing various kinds of powder to discharge.SOLUTION: A powder discharge device 2 has a butterfly valve 4 having a valve element 12 for opening/closing a discharge port 28 of a powder storage container 26, driving means 6 arranged freely movably between an advanced position connected to the butterfly valve 4 so as to allow for rotation of the valve element 12 and a retreated position not connected to the butterfly valve 4, and moving means 8 moving the driving means 6 between the advanced position and the retreated position. When connected to the butterfly valve 4, the driving means 6 opens the discharge port 28 by rotating the valve element 12 by only a first opening θ1 from a closed position of closing the discharge port 28, and oscillatingly reciprocates the valve element 12 at a second opening θ2 smaller than the first opening θ1 or at an opening between a third opening θ3 larger than the first opening θ1 and the first opening θ1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
