The first negative electrode film layer (103) comprises a first negative electrode active material; the first negative electrode active material comprises a first artificial graphite, at least some particles in the first artificial graphite are secondary particles; moreover, the proportion, A, of the number of the secondary particles in the total number of particles of the first negative electrode active material satisfies: A ≥ 50%. The secondary battery (5) has the characteristics of excellent quick charge performance and long cycle life at the same time.
