Abstract:
To provide a garbage collection vehicle equipped with a storage box whose strength is effectively increased while reducing manufacturing costs.SOLUTION: A garbage collection vehicle 1 includes a crew compartment 10, a throw-in box 30, which has a throw-in port into which garbage α is thrown in, a storage box 20, which is placed between the crew compartment 10 and the throw-in box 30 and in which the garbage α is stored, and a discharge board 40, which is movably arranged inside the storage box 20 and discharges the garbage α from the storage box 20. The storage box 20 has on a side thereof a diagonally arranged reinforcement material 23, with an upper end placed on a side closer to the throw-in box 30 than a horizontal center C of the upper side of the storage box 20 and a lower end placed on a side closer to the crew compartment 10 than the upper end and a horizontal center D of the lower side of the storage box 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
