Abstract:
To provide a health state evaluation system, a health state evaluation method, and a program capable of providing an evaluation method regarding a health state of manpower belong to an organization to work.SOLUTION: A health state evaluation system comprises: an estimation unit that estimates an amount of loss caused by lowered labor productivity of the manpower by calculating at least one of presenteeism loss and absenteeism loss; a calculation unit that calculates an evaluation value for evaluating a heath state of the manpower on the basis of at least either of at least a part of a plurality of parameters and the amount of loss; and a factor estimation unit that compares past health state data for each manpower and newly obtained health state data and extract, as a factor that should be improved for health of the manpower, a parameter with a larger impact on the amount of loss from among varying parameters.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
