Abstract:
To calibrate an integration area of an absorption line or a scale of a laser frequency, for eliminating calibration using a reference gas.SOLUTION: In a laser type gas analyzer, absorption line analyzing means determines an integration area Aη of an actual measurement absorption line and a half value full width Γη in a control parameter η axis of a sample gas. Integration area calibration means converts, the integration area Aη of the actual measurement absorption line into an integration area Aν of an absorption line on a frequency axis, on the basis of a half value full width Γν of a known absorption line on the frequency axis acquired from a temperature and a pressure of the sample gas, and the half value full width Γη of the actual measurement absorption line. Concentration calculating means calculates concentration of a measurement object substance on the basis of the integration area Aν of the absorption line acquired by the integration area calibration means. The absorption line calibration means acquires a frequency ν corresponding to the control parameter η of the actual measurement absorption line, on the basis of a control parameter η0 and the half value full width Γη corresponding to a center of the actual measurement absorption line, a center frequency ν0 and the half value full width Γν of the known absorption line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
