Abstract:
To provide a dryer management device that detects a component deteriorated by being operated with a relatively high load.SOLUTION: A dryer management device 100 comprises a data memory unit 150, a time calculation unit 160, a deteriorated component detection unit 170, and an output unit 180. The data memory unit 150 memorizes an operating time of a dryer 300 performing drying of grain and a value of moisture contained in grain every hour during the operating time. The time calculation unit 160 calculates a virtual operating time corresponding to a load of the dryer 300, based on the value of moisture. The deteriorated component detection unit 170 detects a deteriorated component out of the components of the dryer 300, based on the virtual operating time. The output unit 180 outputs a signal of a deteriorated component to indicate the presence of a deteriorated component. The virtual operating time is calculated to be longer than an actual operating time, when the dryer 300 is being operated with a relatively high load.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
