Abstract:
Provided is an actuator with stable, high damping capacity. The actuator S1 comprises a mount member 12 that includes a coil 30, a movable element 14 that includes a magnet 62 and that is displaced relative to the mount member 12, and an elastic support body 16 that is fixed to the mount member 12 and that is fixed to the movable element 14 by a mechanical fixing means. The elastic support body 16 comprises a first plate spring 16A and a buffer member 16B layered on the first plate spring 16A. The first plate spring 16A of the elastic support body 16 is fixed to the movable element 14 by a mechanical fixing means 45, 75A.
