The delivery arrangement device includes a receiving section that can receive information on the medicine delivered and information on an address which is a delivery destination from the pharmacy side terminal 100. The delivery arrangement device determines whether or not the receiving section receives guidance information that medication guidance has been made and certification information that the sender of the information is a pharmacist in association with the medicine information and the address information, and determines a delivery reception side terminal 300 on the basis of the received address information and information on a plurality of outside addresses to be candidates of order destination of the delivery when it is determined that the receiving section receives the guidance information and the certification information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
