To provide an information processing method capable of specifying a concrete operation environment of an information processing terminal in which failure or defects are generated, an information processing device, a program, and recording media.SOLUTION: An information processing method includes the steps of: acquiring a first data set representing information indicating a component included in a reference terminal, a second data set representing information indicating a component included in a monitoring target terminal, and a telemetry value indicating state monitoring results of the monitoring target terminal; calculating a first distance that is a distance between the second data set and the first data set; and outputting the telemetry value and the first distance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
