Abstract:
To provide a flow control device which can be further miniaturized and further increases a degree of design freedom.SOLUTION: A flow control device includes apparatuses for controlling the flow rate of a fluid flowing in a flow channel, and the flow channel for connecting the apparatuses and allowing the fluid to flow to the apparatuses. The flow control device includes a flow rate adjustment unit 20 and a flow rate sensor unit 30, and both ends of the flow channel 10 for the fluid in the flow control device are opened in directions in which they are not opposed to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
