Abstract:
To provide a oneway clutch which can make compatible both a degree of freedom necessary for attaining an improvement of efficiency and the learning of a normal walking pattern by a simple constitution in the rehabilitation of a cerebral apoplexy walking practice and the securement of safety, a knee joint having the same and a use method of a long-leg orthosis.SOLUTION: A oneway clutch as a functional component comprises: an outside wheel component having a saw blade shape at the inside of a cylindrical component; a movable clutch row in which a plurality of substantially-triangle rice-ball type movable components are arranged in a partial circular ring shape; a rotary base having a plurality of shafts to which the movable clutch rows are fit; spring components for pressing a movable clutch to a first prescribed position at the turning-off of the clutch, arranged in the movable clutch which is movable within a constant range, and having the other end which contacts the rotary base; a push ring transited to a second prescribed position at the turning-on of the clutch; a toggle link for moving the push ring; and a rotary roof for controlling the opening/closing of the toggle link.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
